These Terms cover your access to and use of the DRD Blocks website and services. By visiting or using https://drdblocks.com, you agree to be legally bound by them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.

01Eligibility

Using this site confirms you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to use the site lawfully and in line with these Terms. If you act for another person or an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for them.

02Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. Descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability may change at any time without notice, and any product may be discontinued at any time.

Images are illustrative. We aim for accuracy, but slight differences in color, size or appearance can happen due to screens, manufacturing processes or other factors.

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD), and taxes are collected where required by law. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We may correct pricing errors, typos or inaccuracies; an affected order may be canceled and any payment received refunded.

03Orders

Submitting an order doesn't mean we've accepted it. DRD Blocks may refuse, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Inventory shortages
• Payment authorization failures
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Pricing or listing errors
• Shipping restrictions

If we can't fulfill an order, we'll contact you using the details given at checkout.

To request a change or cancellation, email [email protected] within 1 hour of ordering. After that the order may already be packed, and changes or cancellations may not be possible. Approved cancellations are refunded, where eligible, to the original payment method.

04Shipping and returns

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Delivery estimates are offered for convenience and aren't guaranteed; delays can result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• Other unexpected circumstances

05Intellectual property

Everything on the DRD Blocks website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, site design, software and digital content, is owned by or licensed to DRD Blocks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish or otherwise use it without our prior written permission.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to the site, its systems or related services
• Upload malware, harmful code or other malicious content
• Interfere with the site's functionality, security or operation
• Copy, scrape, reproduce or extract content without authorization

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRD Blocks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site or services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRD Blocks is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DRD Blocks LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the website
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your infringement of third-party rights

08Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DRD Blocks LLC operates (Florida), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, both parties will first try to resolve it through informal negotiation. If that fails, the parties agree to binding arbitration where permitted by law, without preventing either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court where allowed.

09Changes

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.

10United States sales only

DRD Blocks sells and ships products exclusively within the United States. Orders requesting shipment outside the United States are not accepted, and these Terms apply only to customers using the site and buying products for use within the United States.
